Permitted Personal Uses

1. Any on–line or electronic publications, including web pages to a maximum of 800 x 600 pixels, provided the resolution of the images does not exceed 72dpi
2. Any prints, posters (i.e. a hardcopy) and other reproductions, not for resale or license

Permitted Commercial Uses

1. Any advertising and promotional projects, including printed materials, product packaging, presentations, film and video presentations, commercials, catalogues, brochures, promotional greeting cards and promotional postcards (ie. not for resale or license)
2. Any entertainment applications, such as books and book covers, magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, and video, broadcast and theatrical presentations
3. Any on–line or electronic publications, including web pages to a maximum of 800 x 600 pixels, provided the resolution of the images does not exceed 72dpi
4. Any prints, posters (i.e. a hardcopy) and other reproductions, including those for resale; provided those products are not intended to allow the re-distribution or re-use of the Image(s)
5. Any other uses approved in writing by EDEN HENSLEY PHOTOGRAPHY

Usage Guidelines

• If you use a photo for a website, you must provide a link to edenhensley.com. The link does not have to be positioned next to the image. If you use photos for your own home page, please ensure that they are saved on your server. It is not permitted to copy photos onto a website and offer them for downloading.
• If you use a photo in print, the homepage address www.edenhensley.com must be shown together with the photo. Should there be insufficient space for the reference to be placed near the image, for example, if the image is used as a cover, it must be placed in a prominent position in your work.
